Liquid Agency Lands Six Projects in WADC's 36th Annual West Coast Show.
Brand Identities for Digita and for GlobalFluency and the Annual Report for Girl Scouts Among Liquid Selections.
San Jose, CA (October 9, 2001)- Liquid Agency, a top brand marketing agency providing strategy, design and implementation of comprehensive brand marketing programs, announced today that the Western Art Directors Club (WADC) has chosen six of Liquid Agency's projects for inclusion in the 36th Annual West Coast Show. The West Coast Show is the largest and longest running juried print advertising and graphic design competition of its kind in the West. This year, over 1000 entries were submitted from Alaska, British Columbia, California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington.
The West Coast Show will take place in San Francisco during the month of November. The exhibition will include the following six projects designed by Liquid Agency: The brand identities for Digita, for Private Labels and for Global Fluency; the Annual Report for the Girl Scouts; the catalog for Private Labels; and the poster for San Jose's Music in the Park.
Liquid Agency's branding program for Music in the Park features a musical note and leaf on a bright yellow background that was carried over to posters, street and stage banners, souvenirs, and building-size banners. "We are honored that the 2001 Music in the Park has been included in the West Coast Show," said Scott Knies, Executive Director of the San Jose Downtown Business Association. "The campaign that Liquid Agency created captures the spirit and essence of the show in a creative, appealing design that was very well received by this year's Silicon Valley music enthusiasts."
The show also includes the brand identity liquid recently designed for GlobalFluency, a high-tech marketing alliance of more than 30 independent agencies from around the world, and a compelling brand identity for Digita, a technology platform for digital imaging that was created for FlashPoint.
Liquid Agency's strategic branding experience has also included projects for other leading technology organizations such as Adobe, Lucent, Seagate, and others. The award ceremony for the 36th Annual west Coast Show will be held on Friday, November 9, and the exhibition of winning will be staged from November 9-30 in the Atrium in San Francisco.
