We evaluated Meebo’s current situation, learning about their business goals and plans and gaining an understanding of their product roadmap and the audiences the company seeks to reach. As the next step, we facilitated a Brand Compass workshop that included Meebo's top executives. Working collaboratively with the management team in an intense one-day workshop, we were able to quickly identify the key elements of their brand, including a statement that defines Meebo’s 'onliness,' and one that articulates their 'purpose.'
